The traditional way is to print the line, space after zero and print it again right over the top of the previous line. This worked OK on line printers because the hammers weren't 100% accurate when striking the print train, causing a slight mis-registration and giving you slightly bigger characters. This doesn't work so well on laser printers because their registration accuracy is Very Much Better than a line printer's. For a laser printer, convert to an external print file and use the HIGHLIGHT DDS keyword or a different font.
