CA does not return the input to the program while CF does. I have always
used CA for my End of Program (F3) or Previous Screen (F12) processing.
Therefore I don't need to worry if anything on the screen has been changed
and no other processing would happen.

Can someone explain any sort of rational reason for the existence of the CA
selection? I've been bitten by it too when maintaining other people's
code.
