Title: OPNQRY Seq with mixed case field

I have a file that contains employee names. So of the names are all upper case and some are mixed case. I can use QSYSTRAN table to get a LF in the correct sort sequence, but I am having problems getting OPNQRY to work. Can anyone help me?
