Since your program is interactive (data-entry) your qtemp files stays there
until you sign-off your session and if your data-entry program is not setting
LR after each call, the next one will really experience and object-LOCK
problem. make sure you close your Qtemp files before ending your interactive
program to free the LOCk state, then the next CL that will call it will be
able to use it.
