New Built-in function needed

Hey, IBM.
After spending the day converting some old code to more modern looking
RPG IV, I've found that we really need an "Overflow" built-in function.
Something like:  %OVERFLOW or %OFLOW(printfname) (I supposed just %OF()
would be good enough too.)
That way I would be able to check for an overflow condition without
specifying the OFLIND(*INOF)  keyword on the F spec.
