I've stayed out of this so far, because complaining seemed akin to looking a
gift horse in the mouth. But just for the record, I don't find the current
message format better at all. It seems to me that the system is now an
inconvenience for the many --those that have HTML capable mail clients-- in
order to benefit the minority -  those who use digest mode and/or choose to
use an package that doesn't display HTML. Nevertheless, it's your list, and
if we have to see the "MIME format" noise, then so be it.
