Run it again and let it crash.  Look at the program stack, overrides and
library list.  It is possible that the program executing is a replaced
version in QRPLOBJ.  If so, sign off/on to rematerialise the pointer to the
new (current) version of the program.

If it's an ILE program, consider signong off/on to reclaim the activation
group (if it's the default.)
