After line 1, L should be pointing to the position with FRMFLD of the first
non-blank from the right.  Line 7 will move the substring of FRMFLD of
length L, starting with the "S'th" position of FRMFLD, to TOFLD.

Hi folks, I am trying to move a charcter fiield that is 6 ong to another
field with the same length. The first is right justfied but would like it to
be left justified when moved to the recieving field. Some of the recodrs in
the sending file are 6 and some 5,4,3 long.
