The default on SNDNETSPLF is DTAFMT(*RCDDATA), which doesn't send all the
attributes. Specifying DTAFMT(*ALLDATA) does however. The solution
therefore is either to specify DATFMT(*ALLDATA) wach time you send, or if
you always want to do so, change the command default via the CHGCMDDFT
command.
