In that case you either need to have a constant, or break the field into
chunks that will fit into factor 2 and MOVEL and MOVE until you get the
work fields built.  Then finally MOVE the work field into IETEXT.

Something like
MOVEL  'Initial''        Work15  15
MOVE    'Balance'   Work15
MOVEL Work15       IETEXT
MOVEL ' - Euro'         Work15
MOVE   ' Migration'  Work15
MOVE   Work15        IETEXT
