HELP! I have tried keyword extfld and other various attempts to no avail (I dont read the file, only load the fields to do a write)... I am trying to define fields in 2 different Data Structures for the same file. One needs to overlay the whole file and works properly FSpec FDR0209PF UF A E K DISK PREFIX(D09) DSpec DSnt09DS E DS Extname(DR0209PF) D Prefix(D09) D Snt09rec 142 Overlay(Snt09DS) The one I am adding only needs to contain various fields but the compiler will not allow it.... DSpec (Does not work with other D Spec in pgm, otherwise would work(fields are prefixed)) * 9 Record data structure DDS9REC DS DD09HRCFFL DD09RSVFFL DD09PARFRL DD09PDVFRL DD09PCMFRL DD09SIGNDT DD09CARCON
