It doesn't, AFAIK.  Which is why I don't find it odd that it won't return the
value of a built-in function either.

Even in IDE's which support a command line or immediate window which allows ad
hoc execution of functions, I've never seen one which allows *setting* of what a
function returns.  By definition, that must occur by changing the arguments to
the function and/or the other data the function uses and/or the function
algorithm.

In this case, I suppose that means it would need to change the contents of the
INFDS areas, presuming that is where the BIF's get the data.
