Hi
Magic.. well strs36prc starts the s/36 evironment for the session,
and stops it again when strs36prc ends.

I ran another test by writing an OCL procedure and running strs36prc and
it ran even though I am not in a S/36 environment. So it appears that
strs36prc does some magic.
