I have an old program that works but needs a modification.  Its RPG36
(please...  I already lost that argument) and has the I file specs as
I/COPY  DATALIB,JBMST

DATALIB exists and is in the Library list.   JBMST is a member in
DATALIB/QS36SRC.

The error message says it can't find it.
