Amir, How is your job being submitted to batch? Are you using a SBMJOB CALL type of thing? If so, that is probably the source of the problem. SBMJOB with a CALL and PARMS often corrupts the PARMS if they aren't a specific format. The best recommendation I've seen so far is to use a *CMD type object in the SBMJOB rather than the CALL. This seems to prevent the parameter scramble.
