RE: MOVE opcode in freeform (was Strange behavior w/%editc)

The reason I do it that way is to allow for growth in the future.  If I
didn't do the /free, /end-free for one line then the next person isn't
going to convert it to free format when they add 'just one or two lines'.
At which point DO they convert it to free format?
