What is the OVRSCOPE (Override Scope) for the Override?  There are 3
choices, *ACTGRPDFN, *CALLLVL and *JOB.

If it is *CALLLVL the Override is going to disappear as soon as your CLLE2
ends.
*JOB should remain in effect until you log off.
*ACTGRPDFN will override for the current activation group.  Is CLLE2 and
RPGLE2 in the same activation group?

Also, in the past, I have had troubles where a different override was
defined that would take precedence over my override.  It was a CALLLVL and
was set to override very low in the call stack.  I had to figure out a way
to DLTOVR for it to use my own override.

that does a OVRDBF to a different Library then the RPG calls another RPG to
process the file.

EXAMPLE:
 CLLE1 calls  RPGLE1
                    RPGLE1 calls CLLE2
                                         CLLE2 does a ovrdbf
                    RPGLE1 calls RPGLE2
                                         RPGLE2 tries to process the file
but the ovrdbf does not work

Any suggestions?
