It has been pointed out to me that one additional feature of ST1 is the
ability to create "SQL" procedures, triggers and functions.  You can create
standard procedures, triggers and functions without it.  This I've done.
But to create a "SQL" type of one of these objects, I've not.  Failure to
have it results in SQL7032.  The "SQL" procedures, triggers and functions
use the precompiler to generate a C program using a hidden C compiler that
is on the 400.
