I'm not actually going to be grabbing *all* the comments from the file, only
the header type comments that give modification information.  I've
determined that every comment until the first F, I, E, C or O spec that is
NOT a comment should be included.  I've actually got the program finished, I
just have to make some modifications (ooops, forgot to include the
Library/File.Member information).

All done in one RPGIV program, not counting the DSPFD command I ran from the
command line and cleaned up to get the list of members on my system.

Wasn't someone working on an RPGDOC command similar to the JAVADOC command?
