You can find the message text in the sql message file.

Example:  DSPMSGD RANGE(SQL0501) MSGF(QSQLMSG)

If the message ID is 5 digits, remove the 'L'.

Example:  DSPMSGD RANGE(SQ30070) MSGF(QSQLMSG)
