A few nice things about CL ...
1. CL is much better than HLL's when is comes to recovering from errors (via
retry for CPF messages),  so wrapping processes in CL wrappers, especially
batch processes, is a good thing.
2. It takes much less time to code a command in CL than to code the related
API in a HLL.
3. Prompting CL commands is not so easy to do when coding a HLL from SEU.
