Request for CL, DDS, SQL RPG enhancements

The magic word here is "if" Mark.  If you were using RPG/COBOL for the
driver logic the point would be moot.  My point was that there is very
little that I _need_ CL for and so I avoid using it.  Subsequently updating
databases etc. does not become an issue.
