I have found that move Char fields of 26 bytes into ISO dates
works. eg '1991-10-24-05.17.23.000000' you need the separators
as shown. fmt 'YYYY-MM-DD-HH.MM.SS.ssssss' ssssss is millisecs.
Or 20 byte numeric 19911024051723000000, obviously no sepatators.
Time and secs can be zero.
