Debugging SQLRPGLE programs

I have:
CRTSQLRPGI OBJ(WEB/&M)
           SRCFILE(&L/&F)
           SRCMBR(&M)
           COMMIT(*NONE)
           OBJTYPE(*PGM)
           OPTION(*EVENTF)
           TGTRLS(*PRV)
           DBGVIEW(*SOURCE)

I move the compiled program, and the source file, over to the production
machine.  However I keep getting 'Source not available'.  I assume it has
something to do with the intermediate source that the !#$#ing precompiler
generates.

Is that true?  If so, how do I snag that source?
