Yes. But I think that should be done when you change the compiler so
that it is no longer tied to a OS release. To me, that is the single
most important thing that could be done to the compiler, beyond any
other enhancements. Except of course, replacing the COLON with a comman.

All good things.  Really!  But, going beyond 31 digits is *SO* tied
to the OS and underlying microcode that you really ain't gonna get
release independence with that!
