I have found the fastest method to be FTP within the Windows Command
Prompt.

However, this may not work within a VPN.

Under these circumstances I have found Ops Nav to be very useful:

- CPYTOSTMF the source mbr to an IFS directory
- use Ops Nav to drag/drop from the IFS to the PC (Desktop or Windows
Explorer)
