Dan,

Try field SQLSTT from the SQL communications area.  The manuals 'SQL
Reference' and 'SQL Programming With Host Languages' give you more
information about the status field.

What is the equivalent of %ERROR for file exceptions occurring in SQL?  This
is an SQLRPGLE
program.  The existing code I am working with tests SQLCOD <> 0 to determine
"end of file".  Is
there a minimum SQLCOD value that indicates a file exception?  Or some other
SQLCA subfield?
