Occurs... I forgot how to handle these

I have a data structure that I need to get some information from:
PO120G          DS             4    OCCURS(4) 
 F1TLSM                 1      4              <-- I need this field

In debug if I do 'EVAL PO120G(1)'  I get data, if I do 'EVAL F1TLSM'. I
don't. How do I get the data I want? I tried in my code to do the PO120G(1)
but I get the compiler error:  *RNF5064 20   7516 074100  An array index is
specified for name that is not an array. 

My code is:
7513 C                   Call      'CUCPO120'               
7514 C                   Parm                    Cmpny      
7515 C                   Parm                    F1MPRT     
7516 C                   Parm                    PO120G(1)  

How do I get the results I am expecting?
