Not often I disagree with you Brian - but I would argue that "meaningful"
and "same name as the *MODULE" is a direct contradiction for most shops.

Modules are invariably the same name as the source which typically follows
some arcane "what is the next number in the PAYRP series" type of
convention.  The EXTPGM is enough documentation to link the pieces.  Why on
earth not take advantage of the fact that the prototype can allow a truly
meaningful name on the CALLP so you know what's going on.  Which would you
rather see CALLP PAYRP027B( ....... or CALLP EmployeePayByDept( ....... -
It's no contest as far as I'm concerned!
