So I did:
D PORFSHDS        ds
D   PORFSHFLD                   13s 0
D   PORFSHDTE                    7s 0 OVERLAY(PORFSHFLD:1)
D   PORFSHTIM                    6s 0 OVERLAY(PORFSHFLD:8)

Is the first time I use OVERLAY.  Thanks again Buck!
