from what I can tell, it 'should' work (though I usually do my overrides in
CL). it might have something to do with using qcmdexc.

if you want to 'just get it to work', then try doing the overrides in the
same program the printer file is in - make it usropn, do your qcmdexc
override and open in the *inzsr and delete override and close in total time
LR.

I know that will work, unless you don't know the override info in the
printer program...
