Thanks Joe ... that's the kick in the head I needed.

I was concentrating on finding missing parameters, not mismatched parameters.

The odd thing about this issue was that it works fine when we only call the 
program once ... when we started calling the program repeatedly, it failed.

Found the problem ... now all I have to do is fix it :)
