QUSRTVUS API

We just upgraded from V5R1 to V5R2 over the weekend.  As a result i now
have a program that is using QUSRTVUS api that is blowing up with a
'Receiver too small'
Here is the DS that i'm having problems with, but i'm not sure what the

I'm specifically blowing on the BinPos, but will probably have others
that need to be changed also.
