Is it possible to prototype public static final fields in RPG?
I am writing an RPG wrapper for a java API, the java API is using public
static vars as constants to denote error codes.  The api has a
getErrorCode method and in java I would normally do something like:
  if (getErrorCode() == SOME_ERROR) {
     soSomething();
  }
I know how to prototype the getErrorCode method, but is they any way to
protoype a static field in RPG?
