Do you have the latest CUM PTF installed?  That would be a good place to
start.

If you want to search the PTF cover letters, you can go to:
  http://www-912.ibm.com/
click "Fixes" then "PTF Cover Letters"

Searching the Midrange.com archives, I found this message which I think is
probably what you're looking for:

Or, at the very least, I'd try installing the PTFs that she mentions there
to see if it solves your problem.
