HI I am interested in hearing about tools that are in use at your shop. This is 
for developer productivity as well as on prototyping. We have a tremendous 
backlog of projects. As well, for reports to improve the time req. is a problem 
because the system is rampant with hard coding. How is this issue resolved if 
ever?
