Didn't I read this in a Dilbert cartoon?  Maybe the Teilight Zone...  An
Official Corporate Policy to keep the staff ignorant?  If every company had
such a backward looking policy we'd all be using RPG.  No bloody II, III, IV
or ILE.

If I learn something new, I can informally bring my colleagues together
during lunch (not 'stealing' company time) and go over it.
