I had runtime issues once due to QAQQINI (Query Optimizer options file) someone had added to one of the prod libraries. Depending on the JOBD that was being used, the program would sometimes use the QSYS lib version of QAQQINI, and other times used the variant in the prod lib. It took me weeks to track down the difference....
