DOH! <grin>

The CrtUsrSpc command is not IBM - It's in JADA's library. <red faced

For some reason, there is no IBM supplied command to create a user
space.  CALL QUSCRTUS with several parameters.
At first, that may p!$$ you off, but you're not going to change IBM.  For
your own stress, get serenity instead.  Appreciate how it's just as easy to
check the standard error data structure on a CALL than it is to do a
MONMSG, RCVMSG and the genre.  Also think, "What end user would ever need
CRTUSRSPC?".  Since you're going to be programming it anyway the only thing
you lose by not having the command is you have to crack open a manual to
look at the parameters.
However, if you need to feel free to rant and rave on how there should be a
command instead, go ahead.  Blame it on George Bush if it makes you feel
better.  Just leave the gripe in cyberspace, go home, relax and have a cold
one.

"I'd use a user space."

Is weird... I am on V5R2, typed the command CRTUSRSPC, did F4 and try do
display the help text, but.... nothing.  I went to the Information
Center... no matches found...

Does anybody knows what may be happening?
