Charles, In the near term, http://www.rpgworld.com is good for RPG IV training. Your programmer can attend sessions taught by Jon Paris, Susan Gantner, Bob Cozzi, and others. I recommend these three highly (Jon Paris, Susan Gantner, and Bob Cozzi). They have taught full-day seminars on RPG IV in Kansas City recently (http://www.cpukc.org ), which I attended. Suggestion: Or ask your user group to host an event in your own city for just a little more money than you will spend at rpgworld. All three are available for private engagements. Where to send die-hard RPG III programmers for training on RPG IV and ILE? Considering RPG World, is this a good place or can anyone recommend something else?
