I tried this but it does not seem to work.  Can you explain how.   I inserted 
into my cl a chgjob for country id and it did nothing.  I know there has to be 
a piece missing that I need to do.

Wouldn't changing your JOB's Country Code do that automagically for you?

I would check out edit words, either on the PRTF and conditioned by
indicators, or using the %editw BIF within the programme. The second option
would be my preference.
