I heard a recommendation -- this was a long time ago, now -- that data queues be deleted and re-created periodically. If you don't do that, space will be wasted and they may become corrupt. I don't know how relevant that still is today. I very rarely use data queues anymore, prefering to use sockets or pipes for program-to-program communication. > Has anyone seen a data queue become corrupted and not accept data > anymore?
