You can do it using five indicators, if you think of them as binary digits,
for example:

        -----Indicator-----
        05  04  03  02  01      Conditions
        Off Off Off Off On      Field01
        Off Off Off On  Off     Field02
        Off Off Off On  On      Field03
        ...                             ...
        ...                             ...
        On  Off On  Off Off     Field20
