Your prototype isn't what's causing this behaviour. It's the system()
function itself that's defined to behave this way. What
Options(*String) does is get the RPG compiler to turn any character
parameter into the null-terminated string that the function expects - if
the string already contains a null character, the extra one added by RPG
is never seen by the function because the function ignores everything
after the first null.
