In your situation, I'd recommend the "RPG IV Jump Start" since it's 
designed to explain RPG IV to an RPG/400 programmer without rehashing the 
stuff you already know.

Also, RPG World has a "pre-conference workshop" that's intended to help 
RPG/400 programmers get up to speed with RPG IV. The rest of the 
conference won't help you much unless you go to the pre-conference 
workshop, first.  (Because the rest is RPG IV oriented)
