Rob,

FAQ would be more reliable as changes to it are managed - no one can
vandalize it.  Wiki would be more up to date because anyone can modify and
add to it.

Some pages in a Wiki can be locked down from changes.  If the FAQ doesn't
change that much it might be worth locking the page down to avoid vandalism.
