Hi folks

(this one is mainly for the archives)

There have been a few posts on this subject over the years, and I
still get the occasional email, from someone who's found the archived
thread, asking for details. I've finally got around to putting a web
page together -

details I normally reply with.

Suggestions for improvements, clarification, etc. are welcome.
