Funny thing, you almost never see an elseif in practice.  Sometimes Else, 
but rarely ElseIf.  Don't know why.  I see more
if a=b;
  ...
endif;
if c=d;
 ...
endif;

I also think there's something psychological about When encouraging you to 
think of other options.
