If you want them to run sequentially you could use a single string job queue. However that doesn't ensure that the previous job ended "successfully". And, then again, there's the definition of success. Is it successful if your CL program has a generic MONMSG CPF0000 at the top with a goto END:, and this is executed, is that "successful"? You may want to look at IBM's Advanced job scheduler, (not the freebie WRKJOBSCDE that comes with the OS).
