One last comment about the F spec as documentation only.  If you had an
RPGLE program that simply did:
/free
 *inlr=*on;
 cmd='CLRPFM MYFILE';
 QCMDEXC(cmd : %len(cmd));
/end-free
Would you put an F spec at the top of that one for documentation purposes?
 A simple Yes/No and not "I'd have written it in CL" appreciated.
